Ranir, a private label consumer oral and personal care company, has acquired Oralys Dental, the leading provider of private label toothbrushes in France.

The move bolsters Ranir’s global footprint, establishing the company as the largest private label oral care provider in France.

Oralys is also based in France, and specializes in category management, quality and product design in the private label oral and personal care industry. The acquisition provides Ranir with direct access international retailers and will assist with Ranir’s global strategy to expand.
